Good Homes Estate

Dear Residents,

We hope this letter finds you well. We are writing to address a matter of concern that has been brought to our attention regarding the presence of unleashed or unsupervised dogs in the estate.

While we understand and appreciate the joy that our four-legged companions bring into our lives, it is essential to ensure that all pets are well-controlled and responsibly managed for the safety and comfort of all residents.

In light of recent incidents, we kindly request all dog owners to adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Leash Requirement: When outside of your apartment unit, dogs must be leashed at all times. This applies to all common areas, including hallways, elevators, corridors, and outdoor spaces. A leash ensures that you maintain control over your dog and prevents any potential accidents or incidents.
  2. No Unsupervised Dogs: Dogs should not be left unsupervised in any public areas or common spaces. Unattended dogs may cause discomfort to other residents or may become agitated in unfamiliar surroundings.
  3. Clean Up After Your Dog: It is essential to clean up after your dog’s waste promptly. Please carry waste bags with you and dispose of them properly in designated receptacles. Failure to do so creates an unpleasant environment for others and may attract pests.
  4. Respect Quiet Hours: Ensure that your dog does not disrupt the peace and quiet of our community, particularly during designated quiet hours. Excessive barking or howling can be disturbing to neighbors.
  5. Vaccination and Licensing: All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations and comply with local licensing requirements. This helps maintain the health and safety of our community.

We value the sense of community and cooperation among our residents, and adhering to responsible dog ownership practices will contribute to a harmonious living environment for everyone.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in further action, including potential fines or restrictions on pet ownership within the estate.

Please remember that responsible dog ownership is not only a privilege but also a responsibility. Let us work together to ensure the well-being and comfort of all residents.

If you have any questions or concerns related to this matter, please feel free to reach out to the management office.

Thank you for your cooperation.
